    A friend was charged in the us about 25 years ago and left without going to court is there a warrant out for his arrest and can he go back to the us?

    Depends on the circumstances. If they fled before trial then a warrant was very likely issued and if so, will still be in force. You would have to check with county where they were charged. If a warrant was issued it s possible its in the system and any legal attempt to enter the country will bring it up.
