How to fix bad red and bleached dyed hair?
Help! A new "colorist" at Fantastic Sams ruined my hair today. I have a bob cut, and it was bleached blonde and had some low lights in it. Very nice. The grey was coming in, so I asked this new colorist to weave in warm blonde highlights and auburn low lights with some red. She used a toner and it came out looking like a dead ardvark... grey "blonde" and brazzy red! Help help Help!
