    My boyfriend is on felony probation we had domestic violence I w
    I went to the hospital 3 days later and police had to be called for treatment... the police assured me before I gave a statement that this was a report. So I gave a statement. The state put a warrant on my boyfriend 1 week later... does this means he's going back to prison... his p.o. said he was not violating him becausee he hasn't had any problems from him for the 4 yrs he had him. What can happen... can I do anything to prevent him from being charged or can I they reduce the charges to simpl assault or simple battery with some classes... this is his first conviction with something like this... he is on probation for selling drugs and this was in 2003 he came home in 2008... and he hasn't been in any trouble till now... what's the worst can happen and what's the best can happen

    Hello m:

    The probation violation should have the worst, but if his PO said he wasn't going to violate him, I'd believe him.

    There isn't anything you can do about the charges the state levied on him now... But, it should be dismissed with some anger management classes.. This is just my guess, you understand..
