    Outlook Express
    When I send e-mail messages that have an attachment or vidio the people receiving
    Get numerous copies which state ( warning not virus scanned) . This does not happen with normal letter typle e-mails.

    I think it's just a normal feature of Outlook Express.
    Email attachments are the most common delivery method for viruses.

    You must have email scanning turned on in your antivirus software. Try disabling it.

    Is this problem happening from your home email? From web mail? From work?

    Most business email servers and ISP email servers have virus scanning turned on. The message "warning not virus scanned" was probably appended by the antivirus software.

    There is probably some type of server time-out happening too, because the virus scanning takes too long due to attachment size. The email server may be set to re-try after each time-out session, hence the multiple copies.
