Can you prove she lied? Can you prove she is alienating your children?

Did you or do you have an attorney?

In the long run it would be best if you had an attorney to help you in this matter. Depending on the State you are in you should be able to file for a modification of custody. That will bring on a hearing and you will be able to state your case at that time.

I have an atty we had joint custody , my ex wife was telling my girls I did not love them, and I did not want them ,etc . I had all of my girls speak with a child pshyciatrist and she confimed yes there mother is doing that . My ex filed contemt charges on me for taking the girls out of town for a mini vacation , and that's when my oldest daughter told the judge all these lies her mother wanted her to . The judge gave her full custody , I filed a motion for relif from it , and she told everyone she lied , then after a month with her mother she goes and lies again . The pshyciatrist was never brought in to testify , and were in Tennessee it feels like no matter what (im the dead beat dad and the mom is an angel ) the judge didn't care that my ex's family promised my oldest child a week long trip to disney land to talk to the judge. I'm at a loss . My three girls are with there mom and her lesbian girl friends please help

I don't understand why the psychologist's testimony was not brought in? I don't understand why the judge would ignore the child admitting she lied.

But then you seem to have a problem telling the facts too. (See: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...ar-613055.html)

Again the bottom line here is a judge has made a ruling. Until you can get the judge or another court to change that ruling it will stand. If your children are so easily swayed or bribed it doesn't speak well for your relationship with them.

I can see why the courts wouldn't allow for the psycologist's testimony. Its most likely because it wasn't court ordered. If the OP wants something like that to come into the records then he needs to get a court order for a parental evaluation. Also having the child admit that they lied could have been due to duress from the parent. The judge really had no way to tell if the child was now telling the truth or not.
