    How to garnish wages from state to state?
    I got a divorce in New Braunfels Texas. I want to garnish the wages of my ex husband. He now lives in California. How do I go about garnishing his wages.

    What does he owe you? You can't just garnish his wages. A court needs to issue a writ of execution. And they need grounds to do so.
