    Shaving Arms
Hi, I'm 14 and have very hairy arms and I'm white but I have brown hair so it shows a lot. I really want to shave my arms but before I do shave them I just wanted to know if I shave them will the hair grow back thicker and darker and faster?

Please don't shave your arms. Within a day or two, new growth will have started and you will have bristles on your arms. That means you will have to shave your arms every day or maybe every other day without fail, just like men have to shave their faces. Within a month (or less), you will hate yourself for ever shaving the first time.

If you have hairy arms, you probably have hairy legs and also hairy other places (upper back? Stomach? Underarms?). Give yourself time to mature completely and then reassess the situation when you are an adult, once your hormones settle down.

    Completely agree with Wondergirl! Avoid!

When I was young thought it was a good idea to try shaving my arms. I think it was more curiosity for me. It DID grow back longer, but I'm lucky enough to have fair hair.
