What to do father doesn't have to pay
Filed for child support and went to social security office my daughter can't receives his benefits until he turns 62. He doesn't help at all really need advice she is only 6 months

Do you have a Court Order concerning support? If you do, go back to Court and get it enforced.
What has happened so far concerning support?

Whether he receives Social Security benefits really has nothing to do with it. He still has an obligation to support his child.
