    Can you garnish income tax money in ny?
    I won a judgement against a tenant that owes me a large some of money. The problem he jumps from job to job making it hard it garnish his wages. Can I garnish his income tax money he will receive in New York State? If so how do I go about doing this?

    Yes you can, but its not easy. You will need to contact the IRS or NYS tax dept for the procedure.
