I missed my cycle for the past 6 weeks with cramping, lower back pain(not too severe) fullness in my abdomen, head ache, breast are tender and sore, but not enlarged, I did spot one day and now I'm feeling nauseous I had took a pregnancy test the end of October and then two weeks in November and both test came back negative. Still no sign of my cycle coming on. Am I pregnant or is it hormonal change?

It could be either. You could see your doctor, and ask about having a blood test done, or you could wait and see what happens when your period is next due. If another one is missed, try another test at that time.

Do you miss periods other times ? Some women miss one or two periods a year, some women may only have 6 or 7 periods a year.

But this could be either that or even a infection of some type.

Perhaps another couple weeks, use the urine first thing in the morning for the HPT. And if still negative time for a doctor visit
