Is there money out there in the Indianapolis, In. area that will help ex felons with housing feeding and/or clothing?

There are not grants for felons, There are grants for non profit corporations that will be doing work with various groups, felons is one of them. But even those grants are limited and come with a lot of requirements for the non profits that do it. Most work with half way houses.

There is the same programs for everyone, you have section 8 for houses, there is help from churches and other groups for some help. There is food stamps for people in the US who are in need and food banks. For clothing you need to talk to local churches, goodwill and salvation army.
