My dog keeps pooping everywhere (in the house) after having surgery.
Last Monday we had my dog (female/7 months old) fixed. We have her trained to go on the puppy pad if we are not home or don't see she needs to go out. Before the surgery she ALWAYS went on the pad. Now she is just pooping EVERYWHERE! On the freaking couch, randomly through out the house! Its crazy! I don't know what to do! Does her getting fix have anything to do with this? I mean before she got fixed she NEVER did this! What do I do?

Sounds like you are going to have to go back to basics with your training. You might want to consider crate training her so she doesn't have access to places like the couch to poop on and just take her outside at regular intervals to allow her to go.

She only had the surgery less than a week ago so she still shouldn't be allowed to jump up onto high places (like the couch) anyway or she could risk tearing her stitches.

Is there any particular reason you use puppy pads? Do you live in an apartment? I'm not a huge fan of them, they can be beneficial with older dogs or if your dog doesn't always have outside access but it requires a lot more training than regular outside/grass training.
