    Direct Burial Cable
A cable is rated for direct burial. Would running this cable in a conduit in a duct bank which is subject to be constantly full of water meet the requirement of direct burial?

Direct burial cable can be installed in buried conduit.

DB cable is obviously rated for wet location, which underground conduit is considered, so you have no problem.
