    Theft under 5000 - Diversion
Is there a rough set of guidelines for eligibility? I've been poking around on the Internet but everything I've found is rather vague.

It would also help if your question wasn't so vague.

Like what country... what province/state and even city, as they vary almost by court in Canada.

    No substitution for information.
