    1928 E series $2 Dollar Bill
I have a 1928 E series $2 Dollar Bill that is slightly worn, has been folded at some time, has the Red Seal and Red Numbers with No Star, was signed by Secretary of Treasury Vinson, and I can't tell read the Treasurer's signature due to the way they write. I know it starts with an "S". At the top of the bill it reads United States Note. I was wondering if you could tell me approximately how much this bill is worth?
