    Eb3 to eb2
My current employer deliberately filed for GC in EB3 instead of EB2.in the name of company policy
I found that there is a way to upgrade from EB3 to EB2 and port the old priority date.
But it seems that there is a risk-Which is that if the old employer revokes the approved I 140 then the PD is not portable.
A company is ready to start PERM for me without H1B transfer.
So the plan is-Get PERM and I 140 approved and port PD silently without telling current employer and then transfer H1B in premium.I want to be very safe and not give current employer a chance to withdraw I 140 before porting PD.I can't lose another 2 yrs on GC.Already spent 10 years, went by the rules and yet No Green Card in sight
    Is this doable?
