    Hi,
    I assume this rogue file could be a spyware or malware which you have got from the internet. Are you using any Antispyware or Antivirus softwares. If you have them do a complete system scan with the Antispyware which will detect and almost all malwares from your system. If you dont have one there are so many free versions which you can download from internet. Download and Install one of them and run a complete system scan to clean your system.
