There's a lot more to this story, but the short answer is, write a letter to the judge and ask him to release you. Send your letter certified, return receipt requested, and send copies to the prosecutor and your PO.

Once you have fully paid off your fine or restitution write a letter to the Judge with a copy of your proof from the Court Clerk that your fine or restitution has been fully paid and you should be able to get the judge to release you.
