    My lennox heat pump goes into defrost cycle but seems to stay in it too long.
    I'm not sure how long it should stay in it. Yesterday I changed the setting to cool so that it would remove the frost and then put it back into heat. Today it seems to be acting the same way.
    Your thoughts?
