    The entire original sentence plus time for the violation - without knowing more it's difficult to be specific.

    We can't give you an answer from the information you provided in your question. Did they fail a drug test? Kill someone? Just not check in with their po? The judge may be in a great mood and give them a pass, can order them to complete the original sentence as ordered, or anywhere in between. Was the violation a new crime? Then they have a possible trial and conviction to worry about with that in addition to any punishment for the violation. We would need lots more information to even guess at it, and even then, a great deal depends on the judge.

    Hey this briana I wonted to know something my boyfriend has been on probation for a long time and he went 3 years without getting into trouble and he still haven't been but one day the police stop us and ran our name in and they told him that he had a warrant the only thing I can think of that it would be for is not going to see his p.o. so long can they hold him for that
