    Squeaky Maytag dryer
My dryer is about 10 years old and has started to squeak. Can I use it until the repair person turns up?

The squeek has nothing to do with the machine still working. The squeek is just a belt making noise. I hope when the repairguy shows up you change out the belt and get a new one.

If it's 10 years old it may need new bearings and for sure it needs a good cleaning. If it's not cleaned the repair person has not done their job. DrTom4444

What could be causing this and how do I repair it?...
