    Electronic ignition problem
I have had installed 2 new honeywell gas valves, t5he are controlled by a honeywell 24v electronic ignition module I have also had replaced the igniter and sensor, when there is a call for heat stage 1 lights up fine and eventually stage 2 after about 10 minutes the ignter on one of the stages tries to spark again the flames on both stages are still on while this is happening. Is the igniter or sensor a problem are maybe the module. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have replaced everything but the ignition module. If the igniter starts to spark while burners are lit, it seems it would be a flame sensing issue. Since you have already replace the atuall flame senser, I would think your next step would be replacing the complete control module that the flame senser wire hooks to. Sure sounds like a fualty module. The fact that the flame doesn't go out when the sparker start up again makes me leary. The flame should not stay lit if the flame isn't being sensed by the flame senser setup. I think you need to get a pro in there to diagnose the system.
