    How to reduce weight with out diet
    Hi friends... I m 5'4 and weighing 70 kgs... want to reduce weight of tummy.. hips and thighs... I can't do exercise because of my low back pain.. please suggest me some ideas to reduce my weight in a healthy way...

    It's NOT going to be possible without a change of diet and some exercise.

    Sounds like you really need to speak to a professional who can assist with a tailored plan for you.

    Especially since you have back problems you should exercise. Find exercises that strengthen you back muscles. I have scoliosis and my back hurts much more when I don't exercise. Just walking is already a step in the right direction. You can also change your diet, et more fruits and vegetables, less sugar and fat.

    I am suggesting you yoga.it gives you health,freshness for mind,and reduce bodyweight gradually.
