Hi. I'm a 26 year old male. I am having problems with my erections and I don't know why. If I can manage to get an erection at all I can't seem to keep it up while inside my partner. I'm not sure if my problem is physical, physiological, or something else. I watch porn every now and then but I wouldn't say I watch it enough to say I'm addicted to it. That's the only thing I can think of that could be the cause of my problem. I don't have health insurance so I'm pretty sure any type of medicine is off the table. So I'm looking towards vitamins and herbal supplements as a possible solution. Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to what herbs or vitamins to get? Or maybe a different solution that could help? Feel free to ask me any questions that you make have for me. Thank you.
