    Condensate collar connections
When the furnace runs, water drains into the furnace from an unplugged port on the condensate collar. The other port on the condensate collar drains into the trap as required and does not appear to be plugged. Should the unused port on the condensate collar be plugged or is there a problem with the condensate trap?
    Thanks
