Half the cold water outlets in my apartment stopped working
I live in a 3rd floor apartment and this morning the cold tap in the kitchen and supply to the shower were getting no/low pressure. However the other bathroom outlets (sink, bath, cistern) all operated as normal. The shower is a retro fitted power shower which was already installed when I bought the place a year ago, so I'm assuming the reason this is the only outlet in the bathroom not working is because it has been teed off the supply to the kitchen. In terms of pressure, both the shower and kitchen tap dribble for a bit then stop. If left shut off for a few minutes, they will resume with a low trickle and then stop again. I've just got back from a week away on holiday, and it was working fine beforehand. There has been no freezing weather in my absence, and I have been unable to find any obvious leaks, although in the bathroom below the power shower there does seem to be a reappearring patch of brick dust. Also worth mentioning is that I live in a hard water area. Any advice greatly appreciated!
