    Can you give your house that is paid for to your children before you die to save on

    If you "give it to them" there may be gift taxes.
    the amount of tax at death or probate varies by the value.

    Three are ways to add them to the deed in some ways that may avoid probate.

    I would advise esp if there is large values, to visit an estate attorney who can best advise you on the things you own how best to set things up
