    Starter just "clicks" when trying to start - batteries at 67 Percent
    2003 F350, 6.0 Engine. Lights on dash seem to flicker after trying to start?

    Remove and fully charge both batteries. Most auto parts stores will do this for free. Afterwards, clean the battery terminals and cable connections.
