Adding working wife to green card application?
I am just starting my green card application process. My wife is also working on H1-B status
Can I add her in my GC application and get I-140 for her along with mine such that she can continue her job. Her employer is not filing green card for her and her H1B expires in 2 years. Thanks.. Anand |
