If you are arrears with a credit card company, and the collector is threatening you with this, don't talk to them. They have to receive a judgment against you before they try to collect, and it will not be this way.
How long have you owed this money? And what state are you in. You could be protected by the Statute of Limitations.

Being on the loan is not the issue, and I am not sure how you got on the deed without being on the loan, ( do they know it? ) But that is another legal question.
But can they put a lien, yes, but it would take going to court and getting a judgement first and they are going to do a lot of other collections most likely first. They want money not a lien that will set for years before they could ever get money

Ok, first, please stop asking the same question multiple times. If you have a follow-up question, use the Answer box.
As long as you are on the deed, you are a partial owner of the property. It doesn't matter whether you are on the mortgage or how you got on the deed. You are an owner and as an owner a creditor can put a lien on the asset if they get a judgment against you.
However FL does have homestead laws that may inhibit their ability.
