No heat in 2nd fl room
I have a 2 zone system and the master bed room on 2nd floor is barely heating. I have the themostate in the master room set to 68 degrees and the fan set to auto. There is also a return air vent in room. There are 2 heat vent on ceiling. When I put my hand under it, it is warm but the whole room seems to be not getting enough coming through.
The rest of the second floor is well heated as long as doors are closed and the 1st floor is no problem ( the temp is set to 68 degrees and fan is also set to auto. We had it checked and they played with the dampers and still not enough heat. Someone even suggested turning up the temp to pass 70+ but if I do that, my heating bill will be into the $500+ . What could the problem be? Any suggestions...

    Thank you.
