This is a painting at my grandmothers house. I didn't get a chance to examine the back of the painting for any kind of date or other signature, but it looks like the artists name is Ruckel Paris or it's the title of the piece. It looks to me like possibly German Expressionist or an imitation. I can't find anything to help me trace who the artist is, but I would be very interested to see more of his or her work.

He is an artist. A painting of his is for sale on eBay. I have a print of that exact picture. Is your picture an original?
