I'm looking for name of film about sexual revolution in France. I remember that the most important characters (two young men) was drug dealers. This was side plot. The most important was plot connected with sexual revolution. I remember that boy agree with this ideology. Then he changed opinion, because girl to leaved him. I remember main character don't want go to army, explained for lack of time. Then was military policeman, but boy don't was in home. Then was lawsuit this boy in court of justice. I remember dialogue (in court of justice):
- Why you don't go to army?
- Because I don't have a time.
- You jokes maybe.

I know that movie was black-and-white and there were dialogues. I know that characters was drug dealers (probably) - they drives to the place with drugs. First guy pissed, second waited. There were different moments, e.g. Smokes hookah, romance with girls, sexual revolution.
