    York help please
    I have a old york unit on the heating cycle it lights and then goes out twice any ideas would be greatly appreciated

    HI, I am new to the industry working on my AA in the field. Really not familiar with York.
    However, most furnace follow the same basic sequence of operation. Purge, flame, proof of flame etc.. (to keep it simple)
    It sounds like your sequence of events work great till you get to acknowledging a flame exists.
    I would start by looking at the switch that proves a flame exists.
