Will signing over guardianship to grandparents affect any of my parental rights?
Some facts first. I'm in Texas, and my son will be due in December. My girlfriends' parents want me to sigh over some sort of legal guardianship of my son so that he would be covered by there insurance. Will doing so affect my rights as a father or in the event of some sort of custody issue would this become a factor?
