What are my rights after getting injured in a rented property?
A kitchen cupboard fell on my head as I was washing dishes. Do I have any rights for damages?

Possibly, if the landlord knew or should have known about the (presumed) deficient state of the cabinet.

    Were you badly injured?

Why did the cupboard fall? Was it inadequately secured? Did you know about this dangerous condition?
