Period came today with unusual flu-like symptoms
I'm 16 and I just started my period today and I have been throwing up and feeling nauseous all day. My head is throbbing and I have terrible cramps. I'm also extremely emotional and I'm having hot flashes. I feel really hot and then all of sudden I'm like shaking because I'm cold. I don't have a temperature is this normal?
