Bank a/c frozen due to third party
Just found out my bank a/c was frozen. Placed my daughter's name on my account. She had a cc default judgement and I didn't know. What option do I have?

First, do not put anymore funds in that account.

Second file a Motion with the court to vacate the garnishment with the court that granted it. This will prevent the bank to release the funds to them.

Speak to an attorney in your area.

OPen a new account in your name only.
