    Early pregnancy questions about periods?
    I am on birth control and usually try and take it religiously but last month I did miss a few pills.. 2 weeks ago I started having pregnancy symptoms (headache, tired, cramps, hungry. 2 weeks after I got my period. I got it on the Friday when I usually get it on the Wednesday. When I did get it, it started really light and then stopped and the next day picked up a little bit, but not a whole lot. I has lasted 3 days, and is now pretty much stopped. I have been on the pill for 5 years and have never had this happen before. 2 months ago, I missed my period completely, took a pregnancy test, and it came back negative, thought it was just my pill screwing me up.. Got a light period the next month and this month another pretty light period.. Pregnant or do you think its just my pill being weird..

    It's possible it is due to the pill. Even if it never happened before, it doesn't mean it can't start happening. It can also be the type of pill you are using. For some women, certain pills can slow periods down, and skipping one here or there is not altogether unusual.

    What pill are you using? Did you miss any before when you skipped a period?

    Thank you, that is what I figured but... Just thought I'd ask.
    Apri, I do not believe that I did, and if I did it was at the very beginning of the month at it would have only been one.

    Sorry, tmi, I know but, Keeping in mind, that this morning I thought my period had ended, and tonight I am having a little bit of spotting.
