    Does father have to support children
    Does father has to support the children by UK law, if he is not married to her and never wanted a children ?

    Moved to Family Law area.

    Yes of course they do, the bio father can be required though the courts to support his children, If a man wishes not to have chldren to pay support on, they should not have sex.
