I had unprotected sex 3 months ago since that time I've had light menstrual cycles 2 cycles in 1 month and the next month I was late 3 days and stressed out to the max and by the 3rd that started real light then got dark almost brown I took a test after I finished that cycle and told me I was not pregnant now this month I'm 5 late is it possible that I am pregnant? Or do I have extreme issues?

Hi jadalopez,

It would be unusual for a pregnancy not to be picked up by now from sex three months ago. Most likely your cycles are just off.

If you usually have very regular cycles, you may want to see your doctor to determine if a cause can be found. Being late by a few days is not unusual, but it would be worth the peace of mind to have things checked. They will also do another pregnancy test at the office.

And of course there could be other issues, from STD to infections and other problems
