T's a horror movie and it's a group of people living in a house/mansion.

An old woman dies in hospital and comes back alive possessed, Comes back to mansions and murders a lot of people in the mansion. At the end of the movie a little girl got possessed as-well. She looks at the camera and smiles with red eyes. It leaves us with cliffhangers.

I'll give a few scenes details(could be sexual):

This woman was in her room alone naked. She was looking at herself in the mirror naked and the old possessed woman appears at the window.

Another scenes was when this guy and girl were like having sex(can't really see though) but the woman was actually the old possessed woman and cuts off his penis with scissors. You don't really see it but oh well. It's a cool scary movie.
