    Never filed any tax forms
    Hi :o

I have never filed any of my taxes. I thought I didn't have to do it so I have not been doing it YET.

WHAT SHOULD I DO? CAN I FILE ALL MY PREVIOUS TAXES ALL TOGETHER THIS YEAR?

I've recently found out that it's horrible and could be sent to jail

Please let me know I am still safe! THANKS a lot for your time... :p

NO ONE has been sent to jail to failing to file tax returns, especially if they had a job and had money withheld from their salaries.

How many years have you not filed for?

Okay, WHEN did you start working and get W-2s?

That's just an indicator. You can get W-2s, but if your income is below a certain threshold, no tax return is required.

    OH, I see...

WHEN... I really don't remember because I haven't been keeping those papers, I guess I need to get them from the IRS? Am I still able to file them though?

Oh and even if we didn't work, are we supposed to file our taxes for the school tutitions?

    THANK YOU!

    PWEAR:

Yes, you can get them from the IRS. Call the IRS (you can get their number from Internal Revenue Service) and ask for your tax script from 2000 on. It costs NOTHING and will give you a complete picture of your tax file for those years.
