    I have a commercial lease in a building that is going to foreclosure what rights do I
    I am a doctor and have a commercial sublease the owner of the building that I am subleasing from is going into foreclosure what right do I have and if the date is given as Nov 4 as foreclosure what does that really mean to me

    With commercial property the purchaser will honor existing leases. They may future plans for the building so they may not renew the lease.
