    Running issues for Women
I'm trying to keep on track of being healthy and staying fit. So, I've been running about 3 times a week. I try to fin in 2 miles a day at a steady pace. Here's the problem, my hip flexor is starting to hurt. I've read, resting is the best for a hip, but I run every other or every two days to get a rest period. I sprained my hip when I went through Basic Training for the Military, but there wasn't any permanent damage. I would like to continue to run, but I don't want to hurt myself either. Does anybody relate or know a preventative?
