Replaced capacitor fan still hums and no worky
The cap is 5 wire. The fan Harbor Breeze. No remote just pull chain light and reverse switch. I replace the cap and no change. The fan will rotate if I start it but not with any speed. Blade rotate freely in the when it is off so no restriction is there any ideas?
