Try a soap enema instead of a chemical one. Just some glycerine shampoo or other mild soap or shampoo. Get some Colace or other softener, not laxative. Start eating oatmeal and brown rice. Don't eat any processed breads or cookies or cakes or fries. Lots more vegetables like broccoli.

It's best to have raw vegetables. Bring on the salad! I used to have bowel movement issues, but since I've become vegan, I haven't at all. You don't have to become vegan or anything, but more (mostly raw) veggies will help you through.

Definitely eat tons of fiber (veggies). You can also get some over the counter stuff - metamusil(http://www.metamucil.com/index.php?gclid=CO-i8YPY46sCFYhdTAodj2S0Pw) I believe is one name. But you can ask a pharmacy tech. I would also definitely see a doctor - as you want to eliminate a possibility of a more complicated ailment... Look - I just went through cancer last year - don't want to scare you - but it's important to eliminate the possibility! Good luck :)

Bowel movement [ 3 Answers ]

Lately, but very sporatically, my bowel movements have been almost pure liquid. I don't think it is diarrhea because it is very random, and only happens once then stops.
