    Can my wife really take 1/2 of my income ?
    I have already given my wife the house, my jeep, about 60,000 my son owes me. Can she still take half my income. I have committed adultry but still live with my wife. She is ashing for the divorce and half of my income can she get it to.

    My wife is taking me to court for divorce. I have already given her everything, house jeep, 60,000 dollars being made in payments from my sons. Now she wants to take half my income, can she get it? Please help.

    Merely having an affair does not mean she will get anything extra, divorce is a fight or a mutual agreement.

    Normally all of the property would be divided equally, so if you are just giving things to her, stop, and get an attorney
