    This is an oft asked and answered question here. There are no laws governing dating. However, since a 17 yr old is still a minor parental consent is required.

    However, the age of consent is 18, so any sexual activity would be illegal.

    So you're telling me that with my parents approval dating is okay? But sexual relations Is out of the question
