My 2year old won't sleep!
Hi, I am in need of some advice. My 2 year old daughter wakes up around half 11 each night crying, sometimes from a nightmare, can't settle back down. She has a bedtime routine, which means she goes to bed between half 7 and 8, but still wakes at the same time each night. What can I do?

Some people are against this, but if you are not, and are willing to try, have you considered cosleeping for a while? Kids go through restless night stages often, and anytime they do, there is no harm in just letting him sleep with you, so that you both get good sleep.
